Why our Bobwhite quail are different, it's starts with genetics. The Bobwhite quail we raise are selectively bred for performance in the field along with keeping their natural instinct.
How we overcome many of the issues you see in pen raised birds is by not cutting corners. We start by using quality feed made by Nutrena. We don't use cheap bulk grains. This leaves the birds lacking the proper nutrients to fully grow and feather out along with lacking the zeal they need to fly. We try to make the birds wild as possible by limiting our interactions with them.
We don't do just throw the birds in a flight pen with hopes they will fly just to say they are “flight conditioned”. We flight train our adult birds. We have several methods that we have developed to promote flying several times a day.

We do not deliver or ship birds. Terms of sale: Cash, PayPal or Credit Card. No Checks. All sales are final.
Minimum order 25 birds. Reserved birds require a deposit. All birds must be picked up by the promised pick up date.
You must supply your own bird boxes for orders larger than 25 birds. Your bird boxes must be clean and sterilized before arriving to the premises. If they are not you will be turned away.
We guarantee healthy birds at the time of sale, however we cannot guarantee the health of the birds once they are in your care. That makes you responsible for the health of the birds during transportation and after they arrive to their destination.
